UK Delivery Options

We use DHL for all our deliveries and Royal Mail FREE POST for Returns.

Standard 2 - 3 Working Day Service - Cost £4.95 (FREE when you spend £75 or more online)

Standard 3 -4 Working Day Service to CI, IOM, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland - Cost £4.95 (FREE when you spend £75 or more online)

Next Working Day Service - Cost £6.95 (£2.00 when you spend £75 or more online) Orders must be laced before 1pm, excludes weekends

Public Holidays where the order will be shipped when the warehouse re-opens. Excludes CI, IOM, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.

Express Service (48HRS) to CI, IOM, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland - Cost £6.95 (£2.00 when you spend £75 or more online)

We are now able to process and ship orders to the Republic of Ireland.

Please send through an email via contact us once the order has been placed to notify us of which store you would like to visit to collect your order.

Deliveries to our R.O.I stores leave the UK mainland every Tuesday. We advise placing your order by 1pm Monday.

Free Returns Service
If you would like to return an item/s, for whatever reason, you may do so provided we receive the goods within 28 days after the day you received them. The returned item/s must be unworn, not soiled and in a saleable condition. A sticky wallet and FREE POST returns label and Returns Form will be included in with your order. Please use the FREE POST returns label on the outside of the package when returning goods at your local Royal Mail Post Office. You may wish to upgrade your return to a Recorded service; this can be done at the post office.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of any item, which has been altered, to your specifications. We also cannot accept a return more than 28 days after you have received the item.

Please note that it is your responsibility to return the goods in a saleable condition. We cannot take responsibility for any missing or lost items being returned back to our Warehouse.
